    Shipping methods

    We ship worldwide by STANDARD TRACKED mail, which is a NON REGISTERED letter that provides tracking number but does NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE in case of lost of package. Please note that signature is not required upon delivery so, we cannot be responsible when the status of the sent package is changed to "Delivered" or in case of lost.

    Upgrade to REGISTERED STANDARD letter or EXPRESS delivery are available at check out and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED because both options provides tracking number and INSURANCE in case of lost of packages. Please note that signature is required upon delivery.

    Which material is used to make AgJc Jewelry?

    All our jewelry is made by sterling silver, solid gold or gold fill over sterling silver (5 micrometers of gold) which all of them are NIKEL free precious metals.

    The Silver's dark appearance is due to an oxidation process which is protected with an special wax but even with this treatment over time this finish shows the light and shadows of a patina.

    How to clean my Jewelry?

    GOLD PLATED & SHINY SILVER : we recommend you take a few cups of warm water and mix a few drops of mild dishwashing detergent into it. Soak the jewelry in the soapy water and let it dry in open air then use a soft microfiber cloth to finish.

    BRUSHED SILVER: the usual method of cleaning with a polishing cloth is not recommended, as it can eventually wear the texture away. To remove tarnish, scrub it gently with a toothbrush dipped in a little baking soda and water, rinse, and blot dry with a soft towel or cloth.

    OXIDIZED SILVER: We recommend you do not clean your jewelry with abrasives to protect black color as much as possible.

    Care instructions

    Remember protect all jewelry as much as possible from scratches, sharp blows, chemicals, extreme temperatures, humidity and sunlight.

    Frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its true beauty. Salt water, chlorine in swimming pools, soap, perfumes, personal products and perspiration contributes to tarnish jewelry and loose gold plated.
